Athletic rower who would like to add strength and protect from repetitive motion injuries by lifting weights in the gym. Hard to motivate myself. I like to run, bike, hike, ski - I'll try anything once! I also like pilates, gyrotonics, and yoga.

Looking for guys of similar ability who will motivate me and make it a little more fun to lift who is looking for the same. I have a 24 Hour Fitness membership.
