A half-hearted attempt at a balance between athleticism and intelligentsia. I like to get out at least once every day for something active though often it is just walking my dog with Kate on the greenbelt. Im not terribly routined but able to adjust to most peoples schedules as a result. Running times: 5k: ~20mins 10k: ~50mins (willing to run slower but cant run faster yet).

Intermediate to Advanced fitness, would like to go running (trail), play sand volleyball, white water kayaking (have 2 kayaks), biking (mountain), and/or tennis (listed in order of experience but no preference).
